Hosted by Festival friend and Lure Fishbar’s own Josh Capon along with seafood authority Chef Jeremy Sewall from Island Creek Oyster Bar in Boston and Burlington, and Row 34 in Boston and Portsmouth, this evening will ignite your palate with delicious delicacies from the sea with expert wine pairings to enhance the oysters flavor profile. Capon, Sewall, and the Island Creek Oyster Farm team will be joined by fellow friends and chefs to ensure our iconic bivalve bash is enjoyed by all!
