Island Creek Oyster Bar (ICOB)/Row 34 Chef Jeremy Sewall (who recently participated in the ICA’s Object Project) comes to the ICA to sign his books Oysters: A Celebration in the Raw and The New England Kitchen.

Plus a pop-up raw bar and free shucking demonstrations from Island Creek Oysters.

This event is part of the ICA’s 10-day celebration of 10 years on the waterfront.
